Valimex SA was created in 1984 and its main activities are:
• Import/export;
• Industrial agency;
• Acquisition and/or promotion of Italian and foreign societies
All these activities are carried out in the field of the iron and steel industry, the chemical industry and naval repair. Most of them are localised in Europe, mainly in the Benelux countries,
with the most significant companies of the sector, like Arcelor-Mittal, Solvay, Cockerill, Duferco and Carsid.
Since its constitution, the management is entrusted to Aivano Valle which has consolidated important relationships trades, by adapting the activity of Valimex SA to the conditions of a demanding market in perpetual evolution.
Thanks to a work combining tenacity and diplomacy, he concluded for Valimex SA contracts for an amount of approximately 100 million Euros,
from 1984 until today, and he created a network of collaborators in various countries:
• Belgium;
• France;
• Luxembourg;
• Italy;
• Rumania;
• Swiss;
• Tunisia;
• Hungary.
